Update Your Information
Ensure your office is properly listed in the Cigna-HealthSpring Provider Directory and that your claims payments are sent to the correct address by providing timely, advance notification of demographic. Complete the Provider Information Change Form.
 
Clinical Practice Guidelines
As part of our commitment to Quality, Cigna-HealthSpring has adopted the national clinical practice guidelines and best practices which can be found here and we encourage providers to use them as clinical tools for decision making.

Interpretation Services
Cigna-HealthSpring CarePlan of Illinois provides on-site American Sign Language (ASL) and linguistic interpretation services to our members. If a member needs interpretation services at your doctor’s office, please call us at least 2 business days before the appointment.
 
Members may call Customer Service at 1-866-487-4331 (TTY 771). Providers may call Provider Services at 1-866-486-6065.
